RETURNS
We kindly request that returns are sent back to us within 30 days from the original shipping date. To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition upon receipt.

REFUNDS
For your convenience, we can provide a return label for a fee of $35 USD, which will be deducted from your refund.
If you opt to arrange your own shipping, please be aware that the shipping costs are non-refundable. Additionally, should your package incur customs taxes upon return with your chosen shipping method, these expenses will also be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive your returned item, we will promptly notify you of its arrival and inform you whether your refund has been approved or declined.
Upon approval, your refund will be processed, and the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
In cases where a package cannot be delivered due to refusal, failure to pay customs fees, or incorrect addresses resulting in customs fees, all incurred shipping costs—including return shipping and any additional FedEx fees—will be deducted from your refund.
